Ha ZZzzz I open my mouth first then think at times
YG I am off on Jollies cos I never got a real break last year I cleared a flat out in my may ones then my Autumn break was spent realising mum was poorly and wham all my holidays went .
So for our birthdays we are doing a 5 day coach trip using up my last few days
I am busy until then though ,I am off to the wholesalers for lunch club .
Work Friday Sunday .Saturday A is over for lunch with 8mth old J with one tooth so will get some cuddles while cooking lunch for them .

Maz I'm glad I make you laugh, I make myself laugh sometimes when I say the wrong thing without realising.
YG I shall do that and not have genes on in case she manages to get through that.
I'm off for a while now to watch This is going to hurt. see you later.

i have been a busy gal I have typed up the minutes collated and sorted all the reports from the AGM on Sunday afternoon .
Its been a lovely sunny day today ,Hope fully next week it will be nice as I is going on my jollies for 5days to the south west .

We had a work delivery which was very heavy and difficult to get in the shed, but we managed it, we are knackered but pleased it is done.

Afternoon, yes I have had a strong word with a very pleasant lady who has hopefully sorted it to be fixed within 24 hours,we shall see. ;-). OH popped out so I caught up with the admin and also dod the devil's work :-P

To be honest we have not had many problems with them in the many years we have been with them. They are usually very quick at solving things except for the big phone issue we had with them a short while back and this latest one.

I think Virgin Media don't care as long as the money is coming in, others I know are having problems with them.

Why should having it switched off for a while make any difference. I would have thought it would still work once it was plugged in again :-0

Evening YG, one of the parcel firms are great as we know the local courier so the parcels are always delivered properly. :-D. We did find the phone but now have the problem that we can't get the caller ID to work even after 3 phone calls to Virgin Media. :-| :-|

I agree with ZZzzz that the couriers have a far too heavy delivery schedule, so don't have the time for pleasantries! The dropping off and ringing the bell then walking off and being out of the gate before you had to chance to answer started with the pandemic in order to keep them safe, but it has now continued and seems to be the 'norm' now.

Maz, good to see you again!! You keep disappearing but we know you are always busy! My steam is fast running out and the 'get up and go' has 'got up and gone' :-D

I had a parcel weighing 16 kilos delivered, he rang the door bell dumped it on the doorstep and took a photo but didn't have time to lift it into the porch so I had to lift and drag it in on my own.
