	I went to the Chiropractor and it was more questions and assessments, I have a cold pack to use 3 times a day so all good and I go back tomorrow :-D

	I don't swear a lot these days especially since I retired. When I visited my brother a while ago and he wasn't taking notice of what I said to him I swore and shocked him because he hadn't heard the f word coming from my mouth before.

	I needed to kneel down to reach something that had gone under the settee, got that fell on my face and couldn't get up easily for laughing, good job no one else could see me.

Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 21,978 Send Message	Evening everyone :-) It hasn't been very nice here today, sunny this morning them cloudy and cold this afternoon :-( My gardener has made his first visit of the season, but was only able to cut the grass as his new assistant only lasted two weeks and hasn't turned up today. He has someone else starting next week, so fingers crossed for the next visit!! That's another bill that is increasing in price in April :-( :-(

	He and I have that in common, I would be able to get up though it wouldn't be very lady like, hubby would have to tell me what are flowers and what are weeds, but we have gardeners in now and again to keep it tidy.
