Ours did have an online system but whatever I put in came up nothing avaleable so I think they don't have that anymore :-( |

I've not been to ours for almost about 9 months now. The last time I had to go online to select a same day appointment and could choose either face to face or telephone. I had to state a reason why I wanted face to face and it was accepted, so I was lucky. I don't know whether they are still using the same system now. |

Ours has a very big picture frame showing lots of staff, well if there are that many there then it would be easy to be seen, it's all bollo..s. |
