I usually make a casserole in the oven but need to economise. I have just been doing some checks on costs on google and the slow cooker would save quite a bit!!

We have a large size one as I do a lot of batch cooking for the freezer. I save a fortune on diet ready meals :-D :-D

I already have a small 1.5 litre slow cooker that I had for years but never use it now as I didn't find the taste as good as the larger one that I had previously. I am thinking of going for a mid size 4.5L now, then I can hopefully freeze some meals. I will have to try and clear out a few bits to fit it in if I order one!!

My kitchen here has less cupboards but we have a huge walk in hall cupboard that we are shelving out. I have room for all the extra kitchen stuff such as the slow cooker, food processor and sandwich maker etc.

Mmm, not always easy!! I wish I had more cupboard space!! I'm pondering over getting a new slow cooker but wondering where on earth I am going to store it as the kitchen cupboards are full :-D :-D :-D :-D

Ours are recently bought or what we bought in the 1980s, not worth keeping in my opinion, we don't even have a unit to stand the record player on, that was really expensive and we took it to the tip a couple of days ago I can't understand his logic.

We unpacked our vinyl the other day and some memories came flooding back. I found some of my rare ones I bought in London when I worked there in 1968 :-D. I can remember waiting patiently for them as they were imported from the USA

True recycling, hubby wants to put a record player and some vinyl's put in the attic neither are old and there really isn't any room up there anyway.
