hi well its well dodgy rain on snow sludge and ice
here A has gone off too his sisters until saturday , just been to a staff meeting got some work for a few weeks so good news, froggy is here new years eve and tadpole ,am off shopping one of the days for some boots in the sales

Here's wishing you luck in the sales Maz. Although its good to know there is some work in the offing, don't go spending it all at once, lol .

The only thing I intend getting is Xmas wrapping paper and Crackers if there are any left. OH gets claustrophophic if the Centre is too crowded, so isn't prepared to poke around.

As it rained heavily last night, most of the lying snow and ice has gone, thank goodness. We went to a RFU game at Wembley Stadium on Sunday. It was a toss up whether to walk in the (residential side) road and get knocked over or on the pavements and fall. I can understand our pavements out in the sticks not getting gritted, but was really suprised that the London ones weren't.

Afternoon all, just back from the sales and we bought b***** all. Good to have and outing though as we have been housebound with visitors all weekend.

I was hoping a friend would be coming through one day this week, but she is full of cold, so it is looking unlikely at the moment. I might go into town tomorrow to see if I can get a coat in the sales. I could do with getting out and about for a change!

I know the caged feeling LOL. It was the first time I have been out properly today. Nothing interesting in the sale though I did see some curtains in town I quite liked so I may go back and get them.

Being on your own is not nice though you are in the same boat as Yidarmylass. I will pop in and see her tomorrow to check she is ok as she was not too well the other day.
