I'm pleased to hear it Sue :-) It is nice to know that Spring is happening somewhere else as we slide into our Autumn . As you think about what to get planting we are putting things to bed so to speak .

And on the subject of bed I am off to find mine ....lol

I hope you have a good day <3

It's a little dull outside Amanda but it's going to be quite warm. We've been having some glorious spring days.

Linda if you go barking at peoples doors for food you'll be taken into care :-D

Amanda - The old saying "Empty vessels make the most noise"
I have found that the cleverest people say very little

Sounds as if there is no love lost there Tec . I have a big headed cousin , he is one of those folk that likes to believe he knows everything about everything but as my dear old Mum would say he knows " dam all ! " .....lol

A biscuit at nine and lunch at one sounds good, I wonder if I can learn to bark :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2013 22:55

I did laugh at him Sue - hysterically :-D

willing the chickens on to peck him to death :-D

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2013 22:52

No Amanda, he isn't keen on anything much :-D bit of a wimp.

He called here a few years ago, having not seen each other for 40 years - still a wimp :-D

Amanda2003 Report 23 Sep 2013 22:52

Sue , your little Molly knew a thing or two :-) bless her <3

Amanda2003

Amanda2003 Report 23 Sep 2013 22:51

There you go then Tec , a perfect example of an animal knowing the time .... weird and wonderful isn't it :-D

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 23 Sep 2013 22:51

You surely didn't laugh at your cousin, Tec :-0

Our little Molly could always tell when OH was on his way home from work. My sister in law looked after her when we went overseas and she said that Molly always knew the day she was going home.

Mickey is definitely looking for food, Linda :-)

Amanda2003

Amanda2003 Report 23 Sep 2013 22:49

Tec :-) I expect your big headed cousin isn't keen on chickens then .

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2013 22:48

Taffy arrives at our back door at 9 o'clock every morning for his morning biscuit, and having gone away he arrives dead on 1 o'clock for lunch every day. If the door isn't actually open he barks, just the once, to announce his arrival. :-D

Amanda2003 Report 23 Sep 2013 22:45

One of my cats , ( Pippin ) can tell the time :-) we call it " Miow 0'clock ) and that is always at 2.30pm , if , for some reason it isn't at 2.30pm then the noise just gets worse until " miow 0'clock " gets the desired effect :-S
I think animals and creatures know more than we give them credit for :-)

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 23 Sep 2013 22:44

When my grandfather kept those big roosters, they allowed me into the run and never touched me, whereas whenever my big headed cousin went in they would peck viciously at his legs........

Much to my delight :-D

SueMaid Report 23 Sep 2013 22:38

In his own little way, Tec. He calls out 'maaaaa' which means good morning Mum - where's my breakfast :-D
