What on earth are Freddo Frogs Sue

Sorry to hear that Tec is still not well, but please, Linda, give him my kind regards when you next send a message.

To all in NSW, today is the day that the RFS has been worrying about. I just pray that the Bureau of Meteorology have done one of its usual stuff-ups and got the predictions all wrong. Please stay safe

On a very minor home front point OH received a phone call last week form S*msung. Our microwave is to be replaced with a new one. Although we no longer use the microwave for main meal cooking, it's amazing how much we did use it. We never realised until we've had to go without :-0

Have you tried putting it in ice cream Sue, its always a winner when the boys come and stay here..... :-D

My grandchildren love Freddo Frogs with popping candy :-D

Here is a tip for you Sue *Try sucking it up through a straw*

The Duchess is coping quite well at her daughters, his daughter came to see him on her own today.
He has a nice room with a fantastic view across Shrops, to the Welsh hills beyond, that beckon me home.

Thinking of all our Australian Friends who are facing such a terrible situation in Australia right now <3

Just a quick post today as I will need to go back to bed for a bit soon- bad night's sleep. Another miserable day here weather wise. Not the torrential, driving rain like yesterday but heavy drizzle, dark clouds and wind, though not as strong as yesterday either.

Granddaughter 2 came after school last night. She told me that she had a "concern" (a black mark so to speak ,which when they accumulate, end up in detention) for forgetting her homework.
In fact she hadn't forgotten it, she just couldn't understand it! I told her she must tell the teacher, that they prefer that than pretending.
It was a history project on the Black Death that I did with Grandson 1 when he was in year 7. So we sorted it. She now understands the subject completely, and has been able to give detailed answers to hand in.

:-)Sending more get well thoughts to our Tec and the Duchess. Hope they will both be home in Fairthingy again soon <3
