Someone will enjoy them, Linda :-) We decluttered a lot of stuff when we redecorated the spare bedroom. We emptied the old cupboard and threw out years of junk. When we carpet the living room we will have to move a large cabinet so that will mean sorting that out too.

There are still a large number of uncontrolled fires but the weather conditions are better thankfully. No smoke where we are.

We have more or less sorted the study out. We are pleased with the carpets. We have had a huge declutter, removed all the pictures from the hall, stairs and landing and most of them from the study. We are going for the minimalist look lol.

My throat is better, but i have a horrible chesty cough, I feel like I can't breathe in properley

To answer Emma - yes a pilot water bombing a fire was killed just down the coast from us. It is the second fatality :-(
