I have had an indulgent afternoon. Manicure and pedicure at the beauty spa at the beautiful hotel we are now staying in. Then out for a sunset dinner at a wonderful beachside restaurant with more Bali dancing.

Last night I got up on stage and danced too.......amazingly so did my OH :-D.......and we weren't drunk :-D

My excuse for being on here is that we have been to Australia several times, lived there for 11 months in the mid-70s, and I've lots of cousins, second cousins etc living in various parts of the country

I have an appointment with the dermatologist on the afternoon of December 18 .............. and it is my preferred one.


The weather has changed here ................ drizzly, cloudy, and a rain storm due in this evening :-(

It's amazing how fast the leaves have fallen off the trees!

Jem the tooth isn't painfull now but it is very sensative to heat and cold :-( Will be getting a new crown fitted next thursday and hopefully it will stay on this time, if not it will be taken out. Hope you are coping with the grandchildren ok :-)

Linda you will have to wear a mask against any bugs when you visit your daughters as you need to be fit for your royal visit :-)

Mersey it's true I'm a scouser as I have lived here since I was 6yrs old but I was actually born in LLangollen N Wales so I am officially Welsh :-D

Welcome to the Aussie thread CT, sound's like you are like our Mersey a bit mad so you will fit in well here as we are all a little that way, with the exception of Linda who is a very sensible Lady and keep's us all sane, but when she has a drink ( though not when she is babysitting ) she get's a bit tidderly :-D :-D >>>>>>>>> before she clots me ;-)
