Now didn't I tell you not to overdo it Tec :-|

I am glad that the stair lift has been serviced, I wouldn't want you getting stuck half way up

I have been busy cutting and sticking things to do with the Christmas community tree exhibition. There was a matinee at the cinema this afternoon,so I did an extra shift to help out

In the name of decency, I have corrected my typo. Apologies to anyone of a sensitive and delicate disposition who may have been outraged, or who may have had their sensibilities bruised. :-D

Today has been fairly quiet here. The only visitor has been the man who came to service the stair lift. I am glad that has been done, as we are both totally dependant on it now.

Someone will call from the Home Care team later to prepare dinner, which just involves popping ready made meals into the microwave.
Really we are managing quite well, and it's true what they say - when you have to cope, you find a way to cope. Most things just need thinking through, though a little help is much appreciated.

I haven't been brave enough to have adventures on the walker today, and have stayed charging around in the wheelchair. I was in severe pain this morning, and it took two hours to wear off even after taking the morphine. I can only assume that I did too much yesterday in my excitement of being liberated from the wheelchair - silly me - maybe the muscles in my legs objected to too much exercise.

Dull, dreary day here, and I was surprised at how cold it was when the stairlift engineer was in and out the front door this morning.

Yes Sue, your kangaroo and our goatskin duvets must be very similar, though the kangaroo ones have an extra bit to use as a scarf :-D

We ate the goat Linda, before using his coat.
