Naughty girl, Mersey :-D. Reminds me of a game we kids played many years ago: knocking on doors then running of to hide. Although there weren't many cars in those days, we wauls sometimes attach cotton to door knockers on either side of the street (It was a terraced street)then when a car did pass it would break the thread and several knockers would operate together :-D :-D

We managed to look after Esme without major disasters and I survived a children's party at a huge soft play centre today,

I heard from Tec today, he hadn't realised that he had sent me a blank message yesterday. He said that he and the |duchess were fine and that his daughter was visiting today

Thankyou for asking- yes Baby is coming on very well, except he has a problem with his weight. He is being classed as obese!! :-S :-|
Something to do with percantile or whatever- which I shall have to look up! They have said that if his weight doesn't even out soon, he will need to go for tests!

How are you? Hope you are coping with your various complaints- I think you have arthritis too among other things?

Beautiful day to-day. Storms elsewhere last night, but only a few heavy drops fell here - not enough to wet anything really. Lots of thunder, but then it all stopped. Tried again this evening to sprinkle, but same again. Not even any thunder this time - and yet, they have had heavy downpours further into the city of Sydney.
Linda - I hope the baby's feeding gets down to normal soon. Give her big sister a hug for me.
Jemima - how is your little one? I am right here, aren't I? Got the right grandma?
Sue - take care of that cold. This changeable weather is bad for colds.

I tried to ring Tec today, but it just went to voicemail, so I just sent a text. He replied , but there was no content in his text, he sometimes presses send before he means to, but he usually follows it up with another text, but he didn't today

i will try again tomorrow.

We are on baby sitting duty tonight, having been tutored in the art of tube feeding. I don't like doing it, but I am sure we will manage fine, I hope so anyway.

Feeling much better today but sad that Tec and the Duchess are in hospital - hopefully things will be sorted out and they will be back home when they are well enough.

I've just popped back before I sign off for the night .

Berona , at least the birthday party isn't here this time :-) I think there is a planned sleep over with friends , my daughter will be busy keeping a gaggle of shriking girls in order .....lol
