Oh well, I will chat to myself.

Baby sitting was fine, he slept for the first hour so I only had an hour and a half of playing to do. I kept thinking that he had dirtied his nappy, but no it was just the stinky old dog. She is a cute old Westie but she doesn't half make their house smell awful

We have just been and bought a Christmas tree. we have had an artificial tree for the past few years, but as both of our children will be here over the festive season, we have bought a real one. They disapprove of artificial ones, I blame myself for the way I brought them up :-D

Of course now OH has just announced that he thinks he threw out the tree holder,so we will have to stand it in a bucket. He has sawed some off the bottom and we are leaving it standing in water for a couple of days before we put it up. It is shedding needles all over the place allready :-(

Sorry I missed you Berona, but it was 11pm when I went to bed.

The meal was very nice and the company good, I still feel stuffed this morning though.

I a, going to babysit next door this morning. The little boy is nine months old and is a smiley little chap. His mum has a physio appointment at the local hospital,so it is easier if she doesn't take him. I am looking forward to crawling about on the floor playing with toys

Early visit from the nurse - at least she'll see for herself the state I'm in at that time of day.

Sleep well Linda - keep warm,

You will look very smart Linda I'm sure. Hope we get to see photos. Not long now :-)

Judi Dench is my favourite actress. I loved the Marigold Hotel movie.

I have been changing the buttons on the suit I am going to wear in London, the originals were too blingy, they are much more refined now

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 11 Dec 2013 22:23

I think people are drawn to a film with Judi Dench in, as she never appears in a rubbish film. Good that you got to take lots money.

Don't listen to Linda Tec - she's a bad influence :-0. You must be feeling like a pincushion :-)

Hope you are feeling rested Linda :-D

I feel much better tonight thanks

I wrapped the presents this morning, then ended up doing a matinee at the cinema, but I did get to watch it. It was Philomena, a true story about the Irish nuns who sold babies to America. It was a bit of a weepy,b ut as it has Judi Dench in it we have taken lots of money this week
