Yes the sooner the better. Then some of the pain will be reduced. I can't believe I'm still in pain after the level of medication I'm on.

Linda I used to like dark chocolate, but went off it. Bourneville used to make a bar of dark chocolate called either Burnt Almond, or Roasted Almond, containing whole roasted almonds. That was delicious.

Sue - How strange that you don't like chocolate. Looks like you will be busy with the children, but I expect they will be too busy playing with their new Christmas presents to need much entertaining.

In the morning, we arrive early afternoon and then we are going to the V and A. My sisters nice works there and she is going to take us behind the scenes

Grocery shopping, picking the children up after school....the usual. It's the children's last day today. They are finished for the year. We have the children tomorrow and Friday then for the first week of the New Year and then their mum is on holiday too.

I have finished all Christmas shopping and most of it is wrapped so no stress there.

When are you off to London?
