You are ahead of me Amanda, the tree and decorations are still up. I will leave them until after New Year because my sister may or may not be coming to stay. I am always glad to put them away as well

I have been looking at the electoral voters lists for West Yorkshire on Ancestry. Early on in my mothers tree, I had quite a few eligible to vote because of owning houses and land. sadly it all went downhill after that :-(

Chistmas is back in the loft , thankfully . Although it is a lovely celebation and the bright twinkley lights help to chase away the dark times , I have to confess that I like putting it all away again :-)

Linda , thank you for the update on Tec , I'm just sad that it isn't happier news :-( He really has been going though it for far to long , prolonged ill health is such a drag on the spirits . Please pass on my love when you next speak .

I have been very busy on Ancestry , trying to tie up as many loose ends as I can whilst I have a free trial , I shall bow out of it on the 3rd Jan .

I managed to speak to Tec today and he asked me to thank everyone for their kind wishes.

He isn't doing well and can't walk,so is using the wheelchair again. He has had his morphine increased again, but is still in pain. He would like to come on the thread, but is too tired.

I will continue to phone every few days
