I hope Esme will feel better without the tube, she spends all day trying to rub it out,so she has to have mitts on her hands. Hopefully it will make it easier for weaning as well.

Amanda - I saw one garden on Pinterest that was a desert scene. There were cowboys and Indians in the garden amongst the rocks. I liked it :-) Drew put a rusty old car in Joel's garden - it looks good.

Linda I hope all goes well with Esme's op and once it is done your daughter won't have to worry about dashing off to the hospital when she pull's out the tube.

The operation is on Thursday, so we are going down tomorrow. I think she is only supposed to be in hospital for two or three days, but we will stay to look after Eve until Esme comes home

Sorting the arrangements for her funeral will be a lot different to doing my dads nearly 2yrs ago, at least I know it will be the way she wanted it.

I have spoken to two of her family members and as I am the only one who live's in Liverpool we have decided I am to sort out the funeral arrangements, I feel honoured to do this as it is my last way to show how much she ment to me, also I am the only person she told of her wishes for her funeral.

I didn't have time to ask about the Duchess because a nurse came to do something, so he had to ring off. I will try to have a longer chat tomorrow
