Hello Amanda,
I did some dusting this morning, I felt like I had run a marathon. I had to wait until this afternoon to do the bathrooms. I would normally just zip through it, but I felt worn out

How wonderful to see Tecs avatar but how frustrating that he has been told the signal is so off /on ,that it's not worth bothering with :-( :-|

Linda , thank you for updateing us with his news , I'm sure that , now he is closer to home , he will rapidly get well and mobile enough to return home :-)

Huia , you made me laugh .... lol Thankfully I didn't sink at swimming , nor stink either ( as far as I am aware :-S ) . I hope you feeling okay at the moment .

Diane , ache was not the word for it , I don't know how I got out of bed this morning :-( I did enjoy being in the water though and may well go again next week .

I have just had a nice chat with Tec, he was telling me all about the wonderful book which Shaun sent with all the messages.


He is having physio and has exercises to do in between sessions. The plan is to build him up before he can go home, he said that the food is excellent in comparison to the large hospital in Shrewsbury. Hopefully he will soon regain some of the weight he lost before the op.

Had a text back from Tec, he says that although he ha s a. WiFi signal, it is cutting out all of the time. He has been talking to the office manager who said it isn't worth bothering with there. Not exactly what he wanted to hear

I drove down to Hamilton today (over an hour to get there) to visit my granddaughter and 2 gt grandsons, plus her OH was home helping her as she had 3 or 4 hernias repaired last week so cant pick up the little ones yet. I took the other gt grandmother with me, as usual. I have put some photos on FB.

Amanda, I read your post as saying you hope you don't stink! Maybe I need another head scan.
