Good for your sister passing her test at 60, that's a great achievement.
I would have kissed the instructor too lol especially after the 5th time wow :-D

It's natural to be nervous Carole, and I think they take that into account.

My sister was 60 when she passed her test on the fifth occasion. She is quite a demonstrative lady and was so pleased that she grabbed the examiner and planted a big kiss on his cheek.
Apparently the poor man went bright red and quickly left the car :-D

That's ok Tec. He was so nervous when he went for his hazards test a couple of weeks ago, so I think he will be nervous for the driving test. He told me he was freaking out in the car with his driving instructor that day.
They expect a bit of nerves on the day, he should be fine, I hope lol

G'day all,

Well, as we all seem to be setting watches, it is 5.55 pm here.

Tec, you should tell your nurse that it is your limb that's the problem, not your ears ;-)

Hi Sue, and everyone

it was snowing when we woke this morning. :-(

Everywhere was white except for the roadway and sidewalks.

It has since switched between snow and rain ................. and every possible variant of the two .............. sometimes within a block!

We signed the papers for the offer on the cabin and sent them back to our realtor this morning.

They put in the bid "sight unseen" ...........

............... but are apparently visiting the property "today", with snow shoes in the car, so they can "walk" the 20 acres :-)

Our realtor thinks they might stop by his office this afternoon ........... and will let us know if they had anything to say

take care everyone
