	Tec, don't forget you will be lighter when you get back to your old weight - if that makes sense. What did the leg weigh before? Don't forget to allow for that or you will be getting fat. I had the day out yesterday. Met up with my kiwi cuzzy and an Aussie cuzzy near Auckland airport. The Aussie one and her OH had overnighted (?) in NZ and were waiting for their plane out to S America in the middle of the afternoon, so we had lunch and a long chat at a café. I then went to visit my OH for 20 mins. He had his eyes open when I arrived and when I said hello Phil his eyebrows went up, almost as if he realised who I was, but I doubt it. After a short time his eyes closed, so I didn't stay too long. Then went back to Papakura and did some shopping. I will be going to work in the Hospice shop again today, so behave yourselves while I am gone. That includes the Aussies who are still in bed, plus Sylvia.

	Good afternoon, it is a horrible, dark drizzly day here. We have our main meal in the evening,so it is roast pork today. It is so cold that I have put the heating on, but it hasn't had much effect yet.

	Hello Pink Lady, I did enjoy my dinner, it was roast beef, carrots, peas, roast and mashed potatoes and a rather odd Yorkshire pud. Didn't get Fairy Dust in it :-D

	Hello :-) Nothing much going on here today. Sunday's in hospital are very quiet. I think dinner will in about 15 minutes. Roast chicken today I think. Got weighed this morning. Came in at 9 stone 2lbs, so steadily putting back some of the weight I lost. :-D Hope everyone is having a good day, or a good night :-)
