Hello everyone :-D

As your days lengthen and the sun shines we are having cooler temperatures and shorter days - it is officially Autumn here and feels like it.

I think Spring time sends most of us on some sort of health kick Mersey :-)
Swimming is good though , I can't run or walk very fast but at least I can get my heart rate up by swimming . Our local pool is quite basic but it does a good job .

Great thanks Amanda, Im thinking of getting back into swimming again, on a bit of a health kick at the moment and havent been able to do alot of things but I used to love going swimming all the time....well done you :-) <3

Berona , it is good to see you back on here and I hope your family bothers are soon resolved .

Linda . I hope your journey to London went okay , I expect Eve and Esme are vey pleased to have their lovely Nan back in the house . It is nice to know that Esme has settled down a bit with the feeding .

Hello Tec and Mersey .

Tec , I hope your visit home goes ahead . It is a very weird experiance to return after an inforced time away and it won't be easy to leave again but at least you have light at the end of you tunnel . You have done so vey well . We are all proud of you .

It has been a glorious day here in Norfolk . We got quite a bit done on the allotments . The girls where very happy to be let out to rove around and have a good old dust bath . We have been letting them out a lot lately but the time is fast approaching when they won't be so free . Can't risk them wandering off and rakeing up every thing we or others get planted .
The weather forecast is looking good , I do believe that spring has sprung

My brother and his wife visited this afternoon, so that passed an hour away.

I'm wondering if the trip to my house is still on tomorrow? I do hope so :-D

I really do think that if I ever get back there for good, then I'll stay in there and never come out again :-D

Thank you for your concern. I'm fine, really. I've had a few worries within the family, so I tend to dwell on them and it makes me not feel like posting. However, I have never failed to read all posts, even though most of you have gone to bed or gone off for the day by the time I get here.

we are off to London tomorrow, so we will see Esme then. She seems to be settling down a bit with the feeding, but has to go for my eye test soon because she has jumpy eyes. It has a technical name which I can't remember

I'm fine and hope you are all fine too. Sylvia - not a good start to the year, is it? My condolences on the loss of your friend.

Tec - I hope you get to have your trip home soon. I'm sure you are working out a lot of 'changes' to be made, but you really need to be there and see how you go with everything before making a final decision on any work to be done. Sounds like your daughter and SIL have been doing a lot to make things comfortable for you, but they too, will need to see you at home to make any further changes.

Linda - I have been following the thread each day and hope that little Esme is improving. .. My goodness, are you 21 already? Almost half my age (I'm 39).!

Mersey - you make me tired, tearing around on your pink vehicle. Don't you ever get tired?

Hello Linda - no I haven't heard back from Berona. I hope it's only computer problems. I will message her daughter if we don't hear anything soon. She hasn't been on GReaders since February.
