There were no little sheets, or pillows :-D

I have this lovely fish called a Clown Loach, orange and black stripes, but they are nocturnal, so every time the tank light is on it goes to hide in it's little cave. That was a little rectangular tube made of slate.
Anyway, today I took it out to clean the algae off, but I broke it, well it fell apart actually.
So feeling guilty, I made a shelter out of a piece of plumbing plastic pipe for him to hide in, and placed the pieces of the original shelter over it.
He won't go anywhere near it :-( and is sitting in the bottom of the tank glaring at me - he hates me now :-0

Tecwyn Report 24 May 2014 21:43

Do you mean a banger on the head?

No - I'm just tired, and when I am tired I tend to get silly and feeble minded :-D

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 24 May 2014 21:42

Tecwyn

Tecwyn Report 24 May 2014 21:36

LindainHerriotCountry

LindainHerriotCountry Report 24 May 2014 21:34

There is a farm shop near here on the edge of a huge estate owned by a member of the aristocracy.

You need to be a member of the aristocracy to shop there - it is all top quality, but even so, the prices are unbelievable, particularly the butchers dept.

I think they just see a way of making more money by pretending it is something special

I see the word artisan used more and more - it simply means craftsman.

Maybe some people think it's one of the ingredients if applied to food :-D

Our deli sells bread made in an independent bakery in the next little market town along, it is nice.We also have a new bakery cum cafe which sells artisan bread. That is just posh for massively over priced, the bread is good though. I have noticed artisan being stuck on the front of all sorts of goods on the posh farmers market stalls, just a way to hike the price up

I have to laugh at the things people buy at the end of the Chelsea show. I imagine them struggling on the tube, and in buses getting home :-D
