Hello all - and particularly Sue. I can breathe easily now. Whilst I am not a superstitious person, I have so often known things to happen in "three's" and in view of the two air disasters we have known in recent weeks - I don't like to think of anybody, much less somebody I know, travelling on an air liner.
Thanks again for the photos. I'm thrilled to have them.
Looks like the weather forecasters changed their minds and gave you a nice one to come home to.

As for trying to get up after a fall - visions of a tortoise trying to get on his feet come to mind :-D

I am surprised that you know what being hung over is like Sue :-D

A 40's night sounds like fun :-) Don't dance without Archie. If you fall over you will look very undignified trying to get back up again :-D

Hello Tec. It was a long flight but not too bad. Everything went smoothly which makes everything so much easier.

We went to bed around 12.30 and we were both awake at 6.00am. We both feel hungover but luckily know that feeling won't last :-)

Yes we will see the grandchildren today :-)

My SIL was apparently in Manchester airport at the same time as them waiting for her flight back to Hong Kong.

It was cooler here today, with a breeze.

I had a quiet day today. Did a silly thing last night. Watched tv till 11-45pm and nodded off in my armchair. I woke up at 3-15am, feeling awful. Stupid man.

Tomorrow night I'm going out to a "40s night"
This involves a trip on the Tal y Llyn railway up the valley, then a 40s night theme with a band playing music of the era - should be fun.
