That is so annoying, I hope you can get another one quickly

No I had a phonecall from the company this morning to say they were out of stock.
They are to let me know within two days if they can get me one. Their stocks will not be in until mid October. There are other places selling the same chair on the internet, so I can get one from them if this company fails to find the same model.

Amazon emailed an apology to me, and were not very happy with the seller.

Looking around me - I don't think I will ever be living in a minimalist house :-D

It just becomes normal, which is sad really.

It is hot here as well, due to get to about 24 on Thursday.

You will soon be living in a minimalist house

My heart goes out to that dear little girl - well, to you all really.

Hello Tec,

The highlight of my day was having spent an hour this afternoon feeding Esme, I picked her up only to have the whole lot regurgitated all over me :-(

Poor little soul doesn't know anything over than constantly being sick

Good Evening Linda - I am around :-D not as round as I used to be.

I hope that you found everyone improved, and on the mend.

It was very warm here today. My brother and SIL visited. They took away bags of stuff, and lots of bric-a-brac from the kitchen, for the charity shop, which clears some space for me to sort some more out.

I think a garden should be somewhere you can just sit and relax, once you have got it as you want it.
The secret is not to become a slave to it.

I can't wait to get my garden radically changed. It has irritated me for a long time now, but I couldn't do anything about it last year, or this.
Now I just want to clear space, and keep it simple.

Well I must go to bed. Got visitors tomorrow.

Enjoy your day of contemplation, plotting, and planning :-D

Goodnight Sue :-)

I can see the gleam in your eye as you think about all the nurseries you can get to :-D. Gardening is a wonderful pastime - costly but well worth the effort. Before retirement OH wasn't much interested in the garden. Now he is as keen as me although not so much with the potted plants. He will make some good suggestions though which is helpful.

I expect the garden centres will be re-stocking there soon.

The bowl sounds good.

The man across from me grows lots of big showy begonias. He has an amazing display at the moment, yellow, orange, red.
Over here you have to lift the corms every year and store them dry for the winter. I can't be bothered with all that.

Now that I can drive I want to go to the nursery that specialies in the streptocarpus that I have in the back porch.

Sounds wonderful Tec. We saw many gardens while on our trip and I took loads of photos for inspiration. I'm waiting for new stock to arrive in the garden centres. I have a nice round terracotta bowl that I will plants with annuals for a nice splash of colour on the front verandah.

You do need to think about it Sue, but it will come to you.

I think I mentioned I visited a neighbours garden recently. She had lots of pots, all shapes and sizes.
It was inspirational what she had done with them. Hence my suggestion of having a corner somewhere with the pots are different levels. It was very effective, and I got lots of ideas.
She gardens this way as she can no longer manage the garden as such since her husband died.
If you like pots, her garden was utopia :-D

Goodnight Linda - sweet dreams <3

I just need to get organised Tec. The garden was the priority. I have the house to myself today so I shall ponder on what to plant in them :-D

You can never have too many pots Sue :-D

You have to be creative - and arrange some at varying levels, so that trailing plants can overhang those below.

Are you feeling creative this morning? :-D
