	I think you will find that Sue always has bits of biscuits in her pockets, but they are not for the dog :-D

	I expect Maisie now thinks that she is the bees knees, or even the kippers knickers :-D Sue not wishing to teach my granny to suck eggs (not that you're my granny) but you might improve Maisie's recall with treats. Carry a few small bits of biscuit in your pocket and treat her every time she comes back to a call. It works. Sometimes with a frightened dog, it pays to let them come to you of their own accord, rather than be too keen to entice or bribe them. I may try that.

	She's a quiet little dog and doesn't get too excited. She's not a barker thank goodness.

	Linda - she has never been groomed before and my SIL had a job keeping her still but she looks gorgeous and seems to be comfortable. She recognises her name now but doesn't always come when called. Tec - I'm sure you will win the lovely dog over.

	Tec , I'm sure you and your patience will win the day . If the new dog sees you getting along with Milo , then she will learn to trust in you as well . Has she got a name ? if not , perhaps it ought to be " Patience " ? Megs just got in from work .............now we can have our dinner . Be back soon :-)
