Yes It was a long match. I thought our chap had had it, but he came good in the end, Looking forward to the rugby on Saturday, not very optimistic to be honest, even though there are 10 Welsh lads in the team. We are missing some good players. Leaving the Irish lad O'Driscoll out is crazy. But what do I know?

Well, that was a long tennis match :-\

It has been a lovely day here too. 19c and no wind - so quite pleasant, although it gets cold quickly once the sun goes down and that's at 5pm. We don't have twilight, so once it goes down, it's dark. Can't complain about the temp though - for the middle month of winter. Very cold overnight - but who cares? (until it's time to get out of bed, that is).

Poor Carole, I hope your cold doesn't last too long. I feel better this morning, I just have a cold now which is fine, I can cope with that. I have had a very bad days, so I am glad they are over.

Sue, yes I know to seek help took a lot of strength as it took me nearly 2yrs to admit I needed it, but it is so frustrating to look back to when I worked 7dys a week and also traveled 3 train's and 2 buses once a week to visit my dad and now I struggle to even get on one bus. Don't get me wrong I haven't given up as I have been in this position many years ago and won the battle that time :-)

Diane - you are seeing it as a weakness and that is wrong. I'm sure your counsellor would tell you that asking for help is a show of strength.
