There is a fantastic smell of Rosemary coming from the kitchen as dinner is underway. You can't beat fresh herbs from the garden.

I also have a large pan full of ingredients ready to make cucumber relish, I am just waiting for the cucumbers which are chopped up and salted to remove water. My daughter gave OH some strange seeds as a present. Among them are lemon cucumbers. They look just like a lemon, but taste like normal cucumbers. They are prolific which is why I am making relish.

Poor Tec, I hope the correct dressing sorts you out.

Hello to anyone who manages to look in :-)

No not really Sue. I have had this recurring problem for years on and off. It started following a DVT.
The artery in the leg is shot at. A surgeon was going to replace it with a vein from somewhere else, but changed his mind after the cardiologist report.
What a wreck :-D

Oh dear Tec - you are in the wars :-( Maybe the ulcer will start to heal now that the right dressing is being used. Is there nothing else that can be done?

I saw a nurse that has treated me before, and she had the correct dressing today.
The ulcer is much deeper, and bigger, but that seems to have to happen before it starts to heal. It is very painful too.
After the hospital I had to go to the Health Centre for a warfarin blood test. That has also gone wrong, so they have reduced the dose and I have to go back to both places on Friday.
Oh what joy :-D

Sorry I got shut out of the site and couldn't get back, it sort of froze.

I really think GR would be better off shutting down for a few days till somebody sorted it out.

Still a little windy here although the sun is shining. Nothing much planned for the day although our great nephew who is visiting from Western Australia may pop in. He doesn't always do what he says he will so we'll see :-)

Well, I had a nice chat to my friend and we sold loads of sweets and ice creams which make good profits
