Fairthingy returns to near normality in the winter Sue - it does have a lovely beach, which is what attracts a certain type of visitor "different" :-D

The food was fine Tec, it was just he other diners who were "different". I felt overdressed :-D

Except OH has to go to the dentist at lunchtime tomorrow. He was eating today when a really large bit of one of his back teeth fell off.

I told my daughter about it by text. Eve rang up this evening and was very concerned that granddad had broken his tooth. She decided she was going to get her doctors coat (she has a dressing up doctors kit) and make his tooth better.

OH said he needed to stick the broken part back on, so she offered her Nemo glue to do it. She was so funny prattling on about it

Well, I take a more charitable view, and Sue should be taken out again.

The Thai restaurant used to be an Indian restaurant. The people who ran it must have been terrible business people or hopeless employers. We went there for dinner one evening and we were the only customers. The owner apologised for the lack of staff and served us our meal. It wasn't very nice and when my OH complained about the small serving of the main course the man said that his kitchen staff had all left and he was the chef for the evening. He kept apologising and gave us our meal for free. The restaurant closed down a few days later.

Well now you have a taste for Thai food then you need to go back again and try something else :-D

We went out for a nice meal the other night. There is a nice Thai restaurant in our town that we haven't tried before. The food was delicious.

I'll second that motion - Sue's OH should take her out for a lovely meal today.
