	Sorry to have missed you Berona. It has been an absolutely glorious day here, it got up to 24 degrees. We went to the cinema this afternoon because OH wanted to do some jobs which meant going up a ladder so I went along in case he fell off. We have then just been pottering in the garden since then

Daytime temps are reaching 20 but when I have to jump out of bed, it's more like 7c and the bedclothes don't stay warm while I'm stamping around! Goodnight from me. 	I hope Tec did sleep through. It is a lovely sunny morning here which is very odd as it is a bank holiday so everyone is off work. It should be pouring down :-)

	Yes it does make a huge difference, otherwise even simple tasks become a drag, because you get more and more worn out trying to cope. So - having said all that, I shall go to bed - hoping to stay there :-( Enjoy your day Sue - hope the sun stays. Goodnight, Tec :-)

	Yes Sue I usually get up about 3am, take more painkillers, and go back about 5. Though last night I slept through for the first time in two weeks, it was wonderful. Hopefully I may sleep again tonight.

	I think I'll pass on the doggie slippers Linda, but thanks for the thought :-D Sue the helicopter turns up several times a year at that house. I think one of the sons flies it. No idea where they fly from.
