Being a sort of glutton Rose I like mine all ways.......but favourites are French toast with soft white bread and eggs........or wholemeal seedy bread with a chukky egg (used to call them that when a kid) chopped up boiled egg with a bit of butter....... |

I was given half a doz duck eggs last year and no - one in my house would eat them, now why was that? |

we used to have chickens when I was a child living in the Isle of Man, mostly ex battery hens rescued from the local market...old and supposedl;y past laying ..but they laid well ,often double yolks , brown eggs from the Rhode Island Reds :)) |

lol Jeanette, that brought back memories, I was always in sandals so threw the food from a safe distance :) I loved collecting the eggs...hunting all round the old barns and under hedges . |
