I wonder what people were trying to add :-)

the thought of posting up my personal traumas for all and sundry to see makes me shudder! if I do need to ask someone for advice then I would phone my sister, my friends or a professional - depending on the problem.

I've seen things posted on here over the years that have made my hair stand on end with embarrassment for those posting and their families - who would no doubt be horrified to have their personal issues splashed across the internet. Anyone can read these boards - friends, families, exes - I would never slate him on here, just in case it got back to him!

Talk to anyone who would be willing to listen, seriously I remember being sat in shops owned by family members and sometimes you'd know a customers life story by the time they left, actually with some customers this is still the case, as they know they have a captive audience.

I also think people made less mountains out of molehills years ago, another forum I use the number of people who post for help and advice about the smallest things to do with their relationship, they'd rather talk to a bunch of strangers then their partner.
