Morning Linda, JeniWren xxx

Thinking of everyone, both here and all over the world. Sending healing and positive thoughts, gentle hugs too.

Thinking too of TigerLilly's father who has to have a biopsy on Monday, had been given the all-clear 6months ago ....

Tis such a beautiful day here, I do hope tis the same wherever you are.

Thinking of your dad Linda, of your mum too who I am sure will return refreshed from being away. xxx

Rachel Naomi Remen:
The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen. Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention…. A loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words.

I am going to see my Dad this afternoon. I hope to see that he is progressing, though he was still in the High Dependency Ward yesterday. My Mum is going away with my sister today for a few days, I hope the break does them some good and they come back refreshed.

Thoughts for all those needing them today.
