	Set builders to work on 10 more en suite accomodations. Cheeky so and so's pushed for night rate, but I paid them as need job done quickly. That will make 35 en suite and a penthouse suite.

	I like the idea of sharing the profits. 60/40? Yep, carpet ordered with CarpetRight......I've were gonna make a profit on this....get it cheap. lol :o))

	don't panic Stevie, curtains all in with the soft furnishings order. Now is that everything. i havent been able to contact Taffs Cafe, maybe they have heard about us on the grape vine ,it would be nice if they turned up for the opening.
