Hi Steve,
There are different ways to open you tree on here & I can't replicate your problem.. Which method do you use to open it?

Steve

EDIT, ...A lot of people have had issues with the new style tree. This could well be another GR glitch.

Oh gosh Stephen (the one who put the thread up lol!)

Please, ignore me. Stephen has so helped me with my computer, helps so many, if I were you I would let him help, truly I would. He helped me fix something horrid the other day.

What we gonna do with your name?! Hi I'm Shimms, extends hand of friendship.

Hi (the other) Steve

yes, it's exactly like the mini tree on the homepage except it's now all over my main family tree page - I'm also getting the message 'Getting relation details...' every time I click on a relative. It's no big deal except it was much better before - maybe I've clicked an icon by mistake as Shimms suggested

Hi Stephen

~~ Ann, LG

Not on mine either.

Have you accidentally 'clicked' an icon I wonder? I once had the strange things appearing all over documents, phoned a friend in ICT, that's what I had done.

Not sure yet sounds feasible.

Hope you're able to resolve it.

Did you know there's another Stephen, might be an idea perhaps to be Stephen 2 or similar. x

Hi Steve
1st don't get confused I'm not you. I'm another Steve.

The tree your seeing is the mini tree on the homepage. This is just showing possible directions a tree can take.
When you open your tree you wont see these arrows.

If you wish not to see this mini tree on your home page. Just above it click on the advanced home page link.

Hi

is it just me or has the family tree page just sprouted arrows everywhere? for each person there's 2 arrows so I can add siblings or children - I can do this anyway so why do I need these? it's a shame because the layout before was so neat and tidy

hey ho
