Sadly children are used as weapons all too often, it should be made a crime in my humble opinion.

Good luck to you and I hope you soon get to resume that very important (for all of you) loving relationship with your grandchildren.

hi just read your thread want to wish you luck i know how it feels in same situation their xmas presents ect are still sat here and it does kill you i cry everday for them its so unfair anyway hope all turns out well for you and they will soon be back in your life as they should be x

Emmy,
Steam in there every Grandparent has the right to see their Grandchildren, you don,t need a top notch lawyer, you need someone who will fight your case and an understanding Judge/Chairman of the bench.

That is awful - you have every right to see your grandchildren.
Unless you are a danger to them (and that seems unlikely) you should have as much right - if not more - than the parents.

As a few of you on the boards know me,there as so many new names on here but for the oldies,I have at last decided to try again for accsess to my grand children whom iI have had not contact with for the past 120 weeks,each card I send or letter is returned un opened with an insult added here and there on the envelope,I gave in last time but now the children are old enough to go into judge and chambers Im going for it,they are my blood and I cannt live much longer without seeing them,its slowly killing me.
