Good to hear you are getting sorted Joyce, all you have to do now is remember to take the tablets. I hope they work for you, it's awful not being able to sleep because of pain.

just to let you all no the docter has given me pain killers as its the nerves connected to my being diabetica,so both jan and i have to go back on the 9th march as i told the docter that we had,nt had check up since july last year,so ive got to see now if these tablets work,and thank you all for your surpport

I have the greatest Sympathy with you. I also suffered so badly with pains and cramps in my legs. Which ever way you lay you can't get comfortable and it is a nagging ache the whole time. Doctors Medication did nothing for me apart from some slight short term relief with Pain killers.
I happened to mention it on GR about three weeks ago and a kindly member suggested I buy a Mattress Topper. I went out the next day and got one for $150 thats about £75 it is the best money I have ever spent.
I could only get a single one at the time and have put it on my side of the bed but I have ordered a Queen size one as Hubby snores and I think it may help with that too. The single one can go on one of my spare beds then.
I have had the best three weeks sleep I have had in Years. The one I got looks like a huge Egg Carton and I thoroughly recommend them. It is so much better than all that medication and boy is it comfortable.

Something for you to maybe consider. I hope you get it all sorted as there is nothing worse than being so tired but unable to get to sleep because of the pain.
