my Mum loved going out - anywhere - if I said how d'you fancy a tour of the sewage works, she'd be up for it!!!!!!

she had an older sister who was really cruel to her and what my Mum used to do - which was sneaky but fun - was watch Countdown on the one channel when it was on earlier and then sit and watch it again with her sister and come up with all the right answers!! Her sister used to go potty and never worked it out

Thanks all... :)) ((((hugs)))

Joy , that is it in a nutshell really, she was my best friend... we were very alike and enjoyed doing the same things so always got on really well, never a 'chore' to go out for the day with my mum , just sometimes a struggle to keep up with her lol

xx

Not the same as mine, but the same as in she sounds like your best friend just as mine was my best friend. Take care.

I have to agree Rose

My mum always had time to be interested in other people, my dad just said she was nosey, lol

But true, it was never done cruelly.
