Hello, Diana. I don't know if it's any consolation, but our 5 don't like going out in this weather, either. In fact, the 2 girls love going out usually, but 12-y-o Chloe (one of the long-haireds) stays in her little cat-house in the lounge whilst Topsy sits on the lounge window sill just above the gas fire. And Topsy isn't eating much at the moment, although she seems happy enough (she's about 4-5), and her figure is nicely rounded lol.

Good luck for Clicquot at the vets; it's horrible isn't it, having to go there under those circumstances. You feel as though you have to prepare yourself.

Diana, I am so sorry to hear about Cliquot and hope things aren't as bad as you fear, but having gone through similar with my last two cats at this sort of time of year, one in 1998 and the other a couple of years before that, I can only wish you strength to do whatever is necessary for her and hope you find comfort in the years you have had with her and the fact you cared for her and gave her so much love.
Will be thinking about you and Cliquot

The beautiful Clicquot is a poorly cat and worst still smells of death................ please can you all think lovely, positive thoughts that she is just having a turn in the cold weather!!!

She is hardly eating, her ablutions are not good and she hasn't left the house for 5 days..... not even to sit on the doorstep which is her fave place!

I dread losing her more than anything!
