Coffee or Tea, Toast, Crumpets, Biccys, Jam, Marmalade etc. Have put the Hot Tray out to keep things warm.

My heads a wee bit fuzzy this morning....I think I had too much strong coffee yesterday.

Shelly, Hope all goes well for the wee soul. Better done now than later. I had a nephew with a badly deformed face and they had to wait until he was 25 and the bones had stopped growing before they could do anything. He suffered a lot of abuse from others as he grew up.

Hi Everyone
Well a sucessful day at the hospital. I had a really nice consultant. She was an older lady, but put me straight at ease. She has diagnosed me as having alopecia areata, which is another auto immune disease. She has given me a steroid lotion to apply twice a day and I have an appointment to see her again in 3 months time. She was quite impressed with the wig !!! LOL and asked where I had got it and how much it was. Maybe I will commision for recommendations.

Hubby has gone to work, his opticians appointment was cancelled this morning so has now been rebooked for next Friday . Not a happy bunny.

Off to watch Celebrity Master Chef now

My Grand-kids loves me ...LOL....... because we are off to Toys R Us now, and so excited they are, one did not sleep last night through excitement , now you would think they never had anything , if you could see the nursery it FULL !!!!!!!!!!! of TOYS !!!!!!!!!.

Took 6 hrs to get to Norwich, but not a bad journey, but its much warmer here than in Devon.

Stephem I get up early as well 6.o'clock normally, last night I did 't get to sleep till 4 o'clock and so this morning I over slept. good job I dont have work to go too. otherwise I would have got the sack for being late.
Nice to see I have tea and something to eat ready for me.

My Step-father-in-law Hamie use to get up at 4 he use to go out to get the cows and find the sheep he said at times it was dark and he was still half a sleep. his prarents had a farm in the higlhands of Scotlad they spoke Galic Scotch and I use to have a job understanding what they were saying my husband John never ever understood. I use to have to explain to him.
all are gone now .
So I dont get up there as much as I would like although I do have a sister in Law who lives there in Bervie.


I suppose we must expect a change in the weather now we are nearing September how time flies bye when you get older.

Oh my god Stephen, what time do you start work, only you post very early in the morning.
I had to laugh at the champagne lifestyle on a beer income. My OH's six pack has turned into a beer barrel. He calls it a slipped chest. lol
Oooh a castle wedding sounds sooo romantic, but I bet it was a bit chilly in places.

I hope Marilyn has arrived safetly in Norwich. She probably has, but is stuck in Toys R Us with the grandcchildren. Don't let her fool you, the kids are just an excuse for her to go in there, and have a play without looking like a real narna.

Pauline, I am so proud of my grandaughter. When she was at college, they sent to all different schools,and nurseries on day release. She got on so well with it all, and was excellent with the littlies.
All she's waiting for now, is her diploma's to come through.
How is your holiday going. Have you all been out on many day trips.

Jean, hows you feeling today our little night owl. Probably tired by now I expect. Shelly is normally the one to be awake into the small hours, but as she's on holiday, she is probably worn out.

You were right Rita, about some of us being out shopping this morning.
I went up to town, and met my friends for coffee and a chat.
Have decided to have bangers, mash and beans for dinner tonight. Not had that in a while, so I will enjoy it.

I Had liver and bacon for dinner with runner beans and mash I really did enjoy it. I dont eat a lot of meat. and Liver I am ony allowed one lot a month due to the iron in it.
it went down well then I followed up with strawberrys so i really went to town .
sorry I did not cook enough for anyone else but have to watch the pennies Lol.
I have the job of cleaning the cooker now I hate that job but do it. cant have all the good jobs without bad ones.


I might call back later if I am not asleep in the chair. after all that food.
