Edit: I might have a go at the sack race as well.

No good at the egg & spoon race, I kept dropping the egg, got disqualified once for keeping me thumb on the egg.

im a little to old now for any backflips or walk overs so think ill stick to foward rolls and balance moves

Got a dentist appointment today, just a check up,
then I will have a look around the shops then sit
and 'people watch' with a cuppa and wait for my daughter
to take me shopping.
As I dont swim I cant join your outing, but hope you enjoy it.

Aww, missed everybody, fell asleep after dinner - think I must be getting old, or maybe too much wine.

Had a nice little chat with Marilyn, could just about hear her voice over the loud music.........son and hubby are both music mad, sometimes we have 2 different lots going at once.

Don't worry about Ancestry Marilyn, you'll soon get the hang of it, the only thing you have to be careful with, is who you delete.

Shelly, we're sure to get a gold in the Olympics with you doing gymnastics.

Errrrr, the only races I won at school were the 3 legged ones.......don't think they do that in the Olympics.

Linda and Mo could probably knit for England but don't think that's an Olympic event either.

Running is definitely in there...........but Marilyn's got that covered.

Oh........ Yvonne could get us an Equestrian gold.

Now, what about Rita? She's very good at flirting with men. Every trip we go on, you can bet your life Rita gets the hunk. But is flirting an Olympic event?

Yachting (or is it called sailing?) is in the Olympics, so that's probably what Stephen will do.

Jean needs to recuperate so we'll let her sit and wave flags.

Marilyn I too get confused with the Ancestry tree it is so hard to do. I left mine and just have the one on GR. althought I did try and use the GR one to tranfer onto the Ancestry one as well..

I too an off to bed in a few minutes I feel tired again as I seem to have had a busy day walking about town and doing jobs in the house.,
so after my HORLICKS I am taking a book to bed with me so I relax after being on this computer.

It's been a loooooooong day.

Went to bed at 1.45 am was up again at 5.45am.

Arrived home at 8.45 tonight.

What! No cross Channel Swimmers. And here's me lined up former Olympic Swimmers to act as your Coaches. All of them still bronze hunks.....they were so looking forward to meeting you all.

Need to think of something else.

Ski Jumping perhaps or Parachuting....that would be a laugh. We would probably land everywhere except the right bit.
