I can't do a Swim relay on my own....I need three others.
Outboards, Oars and Flippers can be used with discretion.
Don't know where you'd mount an outboard though.
Watch out you lot........TEAM GR.....are on the way to India.

Pauline people pay good money for a mud bath suppose to be good for your compextion But your have a big wash if you do that the towels will be very dirty.I hope you do not put your hips out with the Hula Hoops Your need a lot of strength to pull that bow string back I hurt my back doing that when I use to go with my scouts to Archery. not trying to put you off LOL
Marilyn that is disgusting the hospital making a mistake like that. my hospital has a notice up each month DNA did not arrive and they put the figures up last month it was 67. Our Doctors does the same thing.
Well we seem to have got that all sorted that is a nice line up for the Games

Hi All,
Just trying to find an easy game.....would Snakes & Ladders do ? LOL
I am champion at Draughts I have spell't that right as this is a USA laptop.
Anyway I CAN run even now.... so that's me sorted ....I could go the three legged with Pauline as long as she goes my pace ........
I have had an appointment to day at the hospital and guess what ? They didn't know why I was there ....I showed them the letter then they sent me, then told them I got a phone call confirming this appointment .
So Consultant came and said I'm very sorry there has been a error in the Administration Dept seems they have got 2009 year mixed up with 2010 !!!! Someone needs to be spoken to... he said, but I said never mind he did check me over though...LOL
We stayed out and had a meal in a pub.....all worth going out for .

Archer................... does listening to the Archers count? I thought not.LOL
Table tennis cos we're not posh enough to have tennis courts.
Can the training finish early on Sunday as I have a wedding to attend and I will need to sort my hair out. Nudge nudge eh girls
Enjoy your evening

Oh I play badminton, got over 30 years of experience, still got all the gear as well.
No good at jumping or vaulting - I'm only little.
No good at weightlifting - not strong enough.
Too much of a wimp for Judo.
I'll try my hand at Archery though, had a bow & arrow set when I was a kid.
Was going to say when I was little...................but I'm still little.......5' 2"

Don't cut holes in that sack MTG, I need it for the sack race.
I can walk on stilts, dad made some for me when I was 10, I'll check the shed - they might still be there.
Ohhh I nearly forgot, I'm a crack shot with a rifle ................if winning a coconut at the fair counts.
So.........
My team event is the 3-legged race - it needs teamwork.
Then I'm straight over to the rifle range..........where I'm sure to win a gold (gold painted coconut)
And I've got a good chance of a gold in the stilt race as well...............because I'll be the only one with stilts.
I like hula hoop as well Mo, so I'll enter that event with you.
Don't think I'll have the energy for the sack race now, so it's OK to cut holes in it if you want MTG.
I'm not doing the mud wrestling Rita, I get enough of that when I'm working in the garden.
Edit: We're having a hail storm, it's gone really black.

Hmmmm mud wrestling sounds interesting Rita. You haven't seen me on my bike. The last time I rode it, after 40 years of no cycling, I ended up in a pile of stinging nettles, and after I rode into a wall going over the railway bridge, I gave up and put it in the shed, and thats where it's going to stay. Thats why I like any games that keep my feet on the ground.

If I can't play darts, can I do the hoola hoop. I know they are not proper Olympic sports, but this is the GR games. We could have a marbles championship, ( perhaps not, I lost me marbles years ago ), but I could always borrow some from somewhere. The conkers are just starting to ripen, so they may be ready for our games. All the really energetic games can be left up to the young uns. And unfortunately for you, that does include me. LOL

I know what race I'm going in the BEAN BAG race ..LOL
Got to do my packing today and change all bed sheets as my friend and her hubby might say for a few days on our way back from Cornwall, don't want her talking about not having nice smelly sheets ...
Stephen... I have just thought do they have Darts in the Olympics ? because Mo is top dog for that...... well we can make it a game to participate in as it is sporty !
Off for my bath....

Rita, I think it starts in Delhi next week, that doesn't give us much time to practice.
Thank you for the breakfast Linda, we need to build our strength up.
