Well Maddie,as I have got short hair I am going to get extensions put in, might get dreadlocks, i'm not sure yet. On second thoughts, maybe it would be best to leave it short,as it's so flippin hot out there. I suppose we could get wigs, if so I will have a long blonde one, so that I look like Pamela Anderson. If you borrow Jordans bra,can you ask her if I can borrow her boobs.

Maddie, I have one suggestion,as to where to put the mince pies, in ya bra. It would require non sweaty arm pits though,as they might become soggy. LOL If you got a bigger bra, you might be able to fit two pies in each cup,and no one would notice under tabbards or capes. They might scratch a bit though.
My baton twirling is coming on great, I only dropped it once on my last attempt. The mud in my bath was not such a success though,I got it all over the bathroom walls, and it took me ages to clean up. So I have decided to create a mud bath in the garden. I have dug a big hole out the back, and put loads of water in it, so tommorrow I am going out to give it a try. I will have to get my OH to wrestle me, so that I get a bit of practise that way,it's no good wrestling myself, I keep winning.

If it's all the same to you Stephen, I think I prefer the jet.
Edit: Just going to pop down to the fair to have a bit of practice on the rifle range.

Tom could take us to Dehli in 'Moby' his big whale. It's huge.
I've a photo of Tom and I holding the scale model of his whale when it was just a dream he had. We spent hours discussing the design of it and what the interior should be like. Then like all good designs it was forgotten about and 'Moby' came to life 'just as a happening'. He is a great guy and has a lovely wife and family.

Found him...
Ex Paratrooper and SAS soldier
In 1969 he was the first man to row the Atlantic single-handedly in just 70 days
In 1983 he completed a 3,000 mile voyage across the Atlantic in the world’s smallest yacht to reclaim the World Record which he had previously beaten in 1982. In 1987 he captured the Transatlantic rowing record for Britain
In 1990 he sailed the Atlantic in a 37ft long bottle shaped boat from New York to Falmouth in England.
Well, I think we should definitely pick up a couple of golds with Tom on our team.
His photo's in as well.
Edit: They spelt Britain wrong!

Madeleine, Glad you took the time to serch out info on Bobby. He was the best at the time. Our Swimming Club, The Falkirk Otters, produced a number of grand swimmers. The pool was only 25yds long. Bobby could cover that distance in a few strokes. Our weight training room in the basement of the baths had a low ceiling, alright for wee guys like me, but Bobby was tall and had to do above head presses sitting down.
Search out my other friend that's coming along, Tom McLean, he's about as daft as I am, well so my wife tells us both. 'Not a straw to pick between you pair...your both crazy' We just laugh. Not sure how to find him on Google. Try 'Tom McLeans, Adventure School, Scotland'
Got a couple of winners with them!!!!!!!!!!

Mo, what about wearing smocks and strapping big bags of food underneath so we look pregnant? We'd be able to sneak loads of food in. The men could have extra large sporrans.
I'll bring a few loaves of wholemeal bread under my smock.
Maddie, I've just had a google of Bobby as well (hadn't thought about it till you said), he's quite a dish isn't he? Stephen, does Bobby still have his looks? He can sit beside me on the jet. Got in there quick before Rita got her eyes on him.
By the way........where is Rita? Hope she's OK
Stephen, If I google you, will I see a photo or be able to hear your voiceover?
One of my uncles had a voice that I can only describe as double cream, he was a fabulous singer.

Maddie, we do have to be very careful what food we take. Don't forget the cow is a sacred animal out in India. Not that we could smuggle a cow in our knickers, oooh that sounds or smells fishy doesn't it. If we wear hats we could smuggle things under them I suppose. And what about body belts, we could stuff things in them. If we wear bigger coats, they would hide a multitude of things. What do you suggest.

Oh my lord, I am just back from Dehli. Don't need the colonic irrigation Stephen, I caught Dehli Belly whilst I was there. Well the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are all en-suite. There is a gym and sauna, a HUGE olympic size swimming pool. I didn't go much on the food though, hence my dodgy belly. If we take out own food we should be o.k. But I pity our British Olympians their accomodation leaves a lot to be desired. I think if they have showers, they will come out rust coloured. Yuk it is disgusting. And the toilets, well, I just hope they don't get upset stomachs, or they will be running faster than they do in the 100mtr hurdles.

Hi everybody, it's freezing today but I'll have to do a bit of training because I haven't been on a trampoline since I was at school. I need a partner for the badminton, don't think I can cope with singles, and can't enter doubles on my own. Hmm, wonder if the hunky physio wants to play...........badminton.
Is Dave entering any of the events or is he just flying the jet?
Looking forward to the spar tomorrow, don't need the colonic irrigation though - had a colonoscopy last week...........had pretty much the same effect.
Sorry I didn't add Bobby to our list of males, it's the kilt.........it confuses me.
Better go and add the new events, and the new man, to our list.
Edit: Forgot to say, practiced with my bow and arrows yesterday, killed a crow...........but it shouldn't have been sitting on the target!

(_)?(_)?(_)?(_)?(_)?(_)?
Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juice, High Fibre Cereals, Prunes, Brown Bread Toast, Iron Tablets,
A healthy breakfast for TEAM GR.
Already been out for my run and a couple of laps of the Trim Course.
The Full Moon is beginning to set and the Sun starting to rise. Have FROST this morning so it is all sparkling on the grass and trees......lovely.
Phoned a friend in Morar last night....he is coming to join us.....Tom McLean.....daft as a brush.....he has rowed the Atlantic twice and has held the record for crossing the Atlantic in a VERY SMALL sailing boat....it was only the size of your bath tub.....about 6ft. So he is an obvious candidate for the Rowing and Sailing. That ok, Ladies?
Have booked everyone in for a day at a Health Spa tomorrow, Sunday. The full works. Including a Colonic Irrigation.
Can someone pop over to Delhi and check our accommodation, please. Don't want to have last minute hitches.
I know it's Saturday...but don't forget the training.
Have a good day ya all!.
