Stephen I did not like to tell you but that women who did your massage was really a man in disguise. he shot out rhe door incase you saw he had a beard . I think one of the girls paid him to do that. dont tell them I have told you.
Pauline I did not go on a BUS I went in a Limo.had all the comfort. I met someone who said he came from Scotland and had come down on business he was going to a conference . so offered me a lift. I told him my mother use to tell me when I was young not to get in any car with a man unless he was a family member.
But he looked so nice I took a chance..
he even brought me a meal. I waved as he went and said dont forget to look for me at the games. I will be the one on the podian with a all the medals .
He said his name was Hamish Mcdonald I said I have a teddy bear with that name he sits on the chair in my bedroom.
I said he is dressed in Campbell Tarten. he said my wife is a Campbell I said what a small world.

I spotted a nice wee quiet corner at the end of the Pool.

I'll nip in there and stretch out on the lounger.

I left Bobby at the mud baths Stephen, I didn't see the goings of him after that.

I'm knacked......that female instructor really took it out of me...I was blindfolded before she started her routine massage.....Why a blindfold? She said if I saw what was coming I would probably faint.
At one point she was walking on my back she certainly felt more like 20 stone and not the 10 stone she looked.
Her hands felt like shovels and more like the weight of a brick as she pummelled my poor back and ribs.
The arms stretch felt like I was on a torture rack.
As I took the blindfold off I caught a glimpse of this HUGE woman disappearing out the door, she seemed in a hurry.
I hadn't noticed her when I came into the room...she was maybe a cleaner.
Wonder how the others are doing?

Oh I am scared stiff Pauline, I don't know how I got on here, I hate heights.
But the sea air is very bracing up here.

I could have been listening to it while I was getting the head massage.

I've had my roots done and they've done a good job styling my hair, just need the eyelash tint and make-over now.

They promised me the make-over would make be beautiful...............so I might be in there for a while!

yesterday I received a card from one of my Granddaughters who lives in Dorset.

The cards she has sent out is for her wedding next year in September.
called " Save that Date "
The formal invitation will follow

I think this is a great idea to let people know well in advance I would hate to miss this occassion. so I can now go around this date to plan my holidays.
