Hi ya all. This is a bumpy flight, we keep hitting those airpockets. When I sat on the loo, I got my BTM wet. This champagne is playing havoc with my bladder. Coooee down the front. Marilyn are you behaving yourself. We girls back here are having a great time. Maddie, will you please use the sick bag next time, poor Pauline nearly got it in her lap. Rita, I think you are telling us pork pies, you look glamorous, not a wrinkle in sight. I smothered my face in polly filler last night, and it hasn't worked that well. So when we get of the plane I will stand at the back, waving the flag and banners that say,"GO TEAM G.R". Has anyone seen Shelly and Yvonne. There have been some strange noises coming from the luggage hold, I hope they are not trapped in there. Stephen, get your hand of Marilyns knee, sh'e not shaking that bad, that she needs calming down. She's used to flying around the world, and is not afraid. Or is that the affect she has on you, you saucy monkey.

Marilyn I would have thought you would have been in the back where the" mile high crowd go." Lol
You notice how quiet I am ? thats bcause of all you glamour girls. I am odd one out. I did my best but I didnt have time to go to get my hair done and they could not do much with my face. I have had it a long time and it is getting the worse for wear. ( past its sellby date )
Never mind wait till I win all those medals.

Cooooeeeeee.
I have been sitting here quietly at the back. Surely you could see my knuckles white. I HATE FLYING.
What a lot of photographers there were at the airport to see us off. When we all stood lined up on the steps a la Hepburn, with the men in their kilts, my but we looked the biz.
Pleased we have managed to slob down a little, dont want our dresses too creased by the time we get off. These Juicy Couture tracksuits are very comfy and STILL look glam. See quality counts.
Not sure about this champagne, the labels have been ripped off. But hey ho, if it has fizz, it will do for me.
I think we are all proud of our boys in the war-torn countries. I come from a strong Military family, my Dad, FIL, Uncles all served.
Dave is rather dishy ...........................................

Fantastic Flight so far.
Lovely women all around, what an effort they have all put in.
Tom and Bobby are having a ball and it's a hard job keeping Dave the pilot in the cockpit...he keeps wanting to use the autopilot and join in the fun back here.
Delhi wont know whats hit it.!!!!!!
Stephen
Edit. When my son was Commissioned I wrote in the dedication book in the Church at Dartmouth Royal Naval College. 'May they serve in peace not War' Little did I know what was ahead of these young men that I had got to know so well during their training.

*Shouts down the plane to Marilyn*
I'm at the back, watching a DVD,...........Con Air.
Seen it loads of times but I still like it.
Please stop trying to sit on the captain's knee Marilyn, he's trying to fly the plane. You're making him fly wobbly and it's spilling me drink.
Go back and sit beside Stephen, I know he appreciates the effort you made to look glamorous.
Of course I didn't have to put any effort into it at all - I always look this glamorous. And I can walk very easily in these massive heels............it's the plane that's wobbling - not me.
Edit: So pleased to hear your SIL is feeling a bit better Rita, a break from the chemo will give him a much needed rest.
Keep your spirits up Jean, try to stay strong and positive.

Thank god I am here, the traffic on the M25 was horrendous. Right now I must find the others,I don't want them going without me. Cooo everyone where are you. This suitcase is heavy, I think I will get one of the trolleys, and take a look round the duty free shop. I need some more perfume, to cover up the pongs in Dehli. And then I will make my way to the departure lounge. See you in a while girls.
Good to know you are o.k Linda, and that you passed the Ofsted inspection.
Wow brilliant news about your son Stephen,I bet you are one proud father.
But still a worry for every parent who has a child out there, god bless them all and keep them safe.
Edit. Wonderful news Rita re your S.I.L

Morning all.
Wish I'd known a beautician would be on board, I've been on ages doing all this fancy nail art - very difficult to put the diamontes on me right hand when I'm useless with me left hand. I usually have it done at the salon (not the posh one that Marilyn goes to) but they aren't open yet.
Still don't see why I couldn't have been picked up at Newcastle, had to leave at the crack of dawn so I could get to London on time. It was pitch black when I left, obviously I'm typing this on the train.
Had to make my own breakfast as well because Stephen wasn't here at 5am. Never mind, at least I'll get there on time now.
Well done to Stephen's son, our country is proud of you all. Does that mean he's home safe Stephen?
