I have omdea it is a water retention I was on water tablets for years but then I started warfarin i was taken off some of my tablets , and I was taken off water tablets.. Dr Kelly said it must be painfull they are badly swollen. I dont know how I managed to get a pair of shoes on .


Stephen I am like you I cannot understand why we have to fight so many wars. it breaks my heart when I hear young men and women being killed .I am sorry but to me the Afganistan war is one that will never be won.The Russians had to pull out and anyone else who has tried has had to pull out. they are fighting to give them a better life it was at one time women could get a good education they could wear normal clothes.once they were given this. they voted the man out of Government .what makes them think it will be any different.?The only difference is young men and women are being killed for what ?
they need to read the History of Afganistan then perhaps they will understand.

George came ot see me this afternoon he wanted to know how i was ?that was so kind of him,I asked him about your friend at Oxford University.he said no he was a doctor at Cambridge. university. I said blow I always vote for Oxford to win the boat race., he started laughing and I have never heard him laugh he had me laughing as well.

At 11a.m this morning, we sat in silence in our car, before getting out and going shopping. There was silence all around,as people upheld the two minutes silence, in memory of all the brave men and women, who have lost their lives during far to many wars. God rest their souls,may they rest in peace,each one a brave hero.

At 11.00am this morning I and all around me at the time,
observed the 2 minute silence as a mark of respect to all those fallen in combat in the horrendous Wars of the past years. A poignant time for all.

Sadly Wars still continue and people are killed. Families devastated. People maimed for life. Individuals left Mentally scarred.

I have my own personal thoughts. And although I go on with life on a daily basis the past is always close in my mind.

Will the Human Race ever learn to live in Peace and Harmony ? I have my doubts.

Politics, Greed and Religion the driving forces behind all Wars.

On this the 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th Hour.

Hi All,

I had friends yesterday and cooked an evening meal for all.

Went for walks on the beach and had our fair share of wine & beer .

Thanks for the breakfast you kindly made Stephen ...but its gone a wee bit cold !! (Oh did that sound Scottish ? ) LOL
So we are all going out for breakfast its only just gone 8 -20am.

The sun is Shinning BIG TIME .....sorry Guys & Dolls but I'm not really rubbing it in , but simply telling the truth !! LOL

It seems USA is almost ready for Christmas decorations are going up everywhere .
