Hi everyone, hope you have all had a good day.
Rita, I hope your hospital visit goes well tomorrow, will be thinking of you.
Been a sunny day today, but very cold, thick frost last night.

Take care, hope you all have a good night sleep.

You cant all stay with me as I have only one bedroom, but as my abode is a summer beach house it's on stilts !! you can all sleep underneath. at least you would have a roof over your head ..LOL , if a hurricane should strike the ocean it would go through the wooden stilts and you could all go swimming maybe for your dear life...suitcases and all !! LOL

Now the choice is yours ,or a Motel up the road that has its own swimming pool !!

Now would you believe it , I have bought some Christmas decorations.....now why did I buy Christmas Decs ?, because I had to buy something its not possible for me to go window shopping.

Stephen....I fit all of Pamela Anderson attire the only difference is I have more experience than her and mines ALL real ..LOL

Dermot I read about the Reindeer's being sold in Lidl whatever next . Kangaroo in the summer I guess .

Rita,

I used to love getting postcards sent in my parcels also a calendar showing great views.

I would pin the postcards up for all to see. A wee reminder of home.

Send a few in your parcel of areas he would know.

Foot Powder never goes wrong.

didnt come on this today till now been busy trying to catch up on things. replied to emails from cousin in Wales and one in Scotland and my sister and one of my sons. then I did the washing. worked out some queries on some old files.
I have written to my nephew who is in Cambodia at the moment.

started the parcel to send to Oman to my Grandson. it is hard to think what to send as his Mum and Dad and sister send him parcels. so I have brought some little bits playing cards. a travelling Scrabble set. and a DVD " The Tin Traveler.s wife."also some Magazines , pencils and puzzels books I thought I would get him some packets of sweets and chewing gum and Talc and shower gel and foot powder sounds silly really as he is grown up and a soldier but I thought he might get some pleasure out of these things.
any Idea what else I can send. ?

I am off to the hospital tomorrow. so I will have to see how things go from there..
Then Wednesday it is the eye test.
They said the weather will be foggy I hope not ? till I have had these tests done. as I will have trouble getting transport.

One or two grey hairs.

I've only got one or two hairs LOL

It's always a problem deciding how to part them.

Stephen2009 Report 15 Nov 2010 19:29

Rita,

Come with me to Tir-nan-Og.....even just for a wee while.

We never grow old there.

Close your eyes and think of somewhere really lovely, it's better if you can imagine sea, mountains and forests and also the smell from wondeful flowers.

Drift away.......come back refreshed.

Stephen, all those bronzed hunks are no good to us, well not me. You will look like the bees knees walking round with all us lot on your arms, you'll be the envy of the whole of the U.S.A. LOL

Stephen2009

Stephen2009 Report 15 Nov 2010 19:10

Ok ! I can take a hint.

Go get your hunks.

I'm gonna find some Pamela Anderson lookalikes.

Legs up tp their armpits.

Ti Ti Ti Tiny little waists.

Flowing blond hair.

Flashing white teeth.

Sparkling eyes.

Sod it .....that's not really my type.

Anyway she probably already has a Grandad.

Think I'll stick with the British variety....much more fun !

Marilyn (`•¿•`) - done bits of the Tarka. We have an annual charity bike ride here in Devon consisting of 100 miles, starting & ending in Topsham taking in some of Somerset & North Devon. I managed to finish four times with aching bones & uncomfortable posterior.

I intend to order Christmas Reindeer steaks from Lidl tomorrow. Halal or Kosher - I have no idea.

Mo
.
I'm disappointed......I thought I was the only hunk in your lives.....ROFL.

I'll kick sand in the beach bums faces......
I'm not called 'Jock the Ripper' for nothing you know.

My body is perfecly toned.....it's the same shade of pink all over.

Things went well today. TV links all in place and working great. Staff have the catering well in hand. Memorial looks great and the 'unveiling' sysem works without any hitches.

All we need now is good weather.

Catch ya all later...gonna feed my face.

Pauline don't worry about the passport, I haven't got one either. But Stephen can smuggle us in.
If Marilyn cant put us all up, we can sleep on the beach in our tents,as it's nice and warm there. Corrrrrr all them beach bums over there, with rippling muscles, and tanned toned bodies.

I haven't got a passport, will I have time to get one, or do I not need one because I'm going by private jet and landing in a field by parachute?

Not sure about the parachute.......don't like heights. Wouldn't have been much good in the military would I? Don't like water (so couldn't be in the Navy), don't like heights (so couldn't be in the Air Force), but I do like rifles..........so maybe I could have been in the Army. Well, apart from the fact that I'm a wimp.

Marilyn have you got room to put us all up or are we going to be in tents again?
