I came on to see if I had any messages.a few minutes but stayed on. I am going to see if their is anyting on TV I want to watch.they have started repeats on freeview 12 at 9 'o.clock "Who Do You Think You Are". last night it was Patsy Kensit.

I thought I would use M & S for a present for them or British Home Stores. but you can get good bargains after Christmas as people take their Christmas prsents to the Charity shop as someone buys them a gift that they dont want.

Think I'll just send a card saying I can't make it to the wedding. But it'll be a hand-made embroidered card.

I thought that was so nice of William to give her his mothers engagement ring. she will treasure that. and he made me shred a tear when he said he wanted to let his mother know to share this happy day with her.

she was so calm when she spoke to the media as well. and I am sure they are deeply in love. I am so happy for them.

Pauline I was surprised I was in and out of that hospital so quickly. I think I beat all records.
I have to make and appointment for my warfarin test for next month. I have the foot clinc as well. so I will be able to dance on my toes when that is done.

I cannot believe that Christmas is so near . I cross off something on my calendar and see it coming closer and closer..


My children keep asking me what I would like for Christmas. I tell them I dont need anything. I expect I will give them titles of DVD and they can buy me one of those. I have a round 150 DVD now.
I hate them to spend money on me none are really well off. and they have families as well.

I have just watched Wills & Kate....how lovely for them, no worries of housework or bills to pay ... she' got a lot to look forward to no wonder she was smiling through out the interview ...

39 days till christmam

just thought i would let you all know lol

Shelly my birthday is the same as Prince Andrew. the difference being I am twice his age. Lol

I had the hospital appointment this after noon I was in and out of that hospital within a hour. I cannot belive it ?
it was clear and sunny going the roads were packed with traffic I dont know why ?never seen so much on the Guildford Road.
He asked me questions at the hospital. said I looked healthy but he did not want to put me back on my Alfra Injections if he could help it . ? as he knows what they do to me causes all sorts of probelms

I was asked if I needed home help ? cooking done washing or ironing
I said no thanks you I can managed. at the moment He said he could not beleive my age and how well I look . I said I am always being told that.
I have to wait for an appoinment for my next scan in three months time then wait ten days and phone for an appointment if I get any pain I have to phone the hospital right away.

coming back from the hospital the fog came down all of a sudden it was so thick you could barely see in front of you.
thank goodness that is over for a few months

All the USA folks are excited about the news of engagement , as usual.
they do love a royal wedding, all in the tabloids & telly.

I couldn't sleep last night I was trying to solve a family tree query for someone back home and its a needle in the haystack job......but I wont let it beat me .
