his got a nice line of stiching down his hand and it looks funny with out

i think next week it come the bandige come off for good will have to what and see

Lady...don't let them barristers frighten you or your mother , they tend to try and make a big things of these cases, my sisters husband was killed on his motor bike and his case lasted 3yrs ....Every obstacle was put before my sister to frighten her in accepting a small amount of compensation .
But she had the an amount far above what the Lorry drivers barrister wanted to give.
as in the end they settled out of court for a substantial amount.

Its all a game to these barristers.....don't think of human feelings.fortunately.
Stick with it Lady.......... I know what you are going through ,been there along side of my sister.

then it looks like its down to the judge to put his foot down
and make the barrister hand over what is needed and he then should just tell the barrister that if he dont he will find the man gilty
the barrister will soon play ball then .

any way beside all that you just take care and try and not let it get to you
