Pat, if Stephens trip is anything like his last one, you may not need mulled wine.
But i'm sure if you wanted some he would supply it, he's such a generous chap ( for saying he's a Scot ) lol

Hi Stephen,
true words indeed.
Mommy I dont stay in bed past 7 otherwise Id be late for work, lol. I was unfortunate enough to have a Basal Cell Carcinoma on my back 5 years ago despite the fact that my mum always covered me in sun cream when I was young. Skin specialist said it had probably been caused by exposure to sun in my teens.Am always careful to cover up in direct sun now and am fanatical about cream and hat on my youngest granddaughter who has the same fair complexion.
Rita he sounds like a lovely man and would have made a lovely dad I am sure. Its nice that his nephews and nieces think so much of him and his wife.

Hi girls and Dermot. Up the Revolution Dermot. (Smithy from Citizen Smith) LOL

Cath, I don't seem to able to lie in bed of a morning anymore. It was different when I was at work, I looked forwards to my lazy days at home.
But when you retire, one day seems to blend into the next.
I like the warm weather Cath, but tend to stay in the shade when it's to hot.
I used to work out in the fields many years ago, and loved being outside, but having got burnt on many occasions, I covered myself as much as possible. These were the days, when factor 40's etc were never really used, we were so ignorant of the dangers.
I just thank god that I have never suffered any after affects.
