	Happy New Year To ALL my friends here. Rita I managed to get a lot of 1911 census and saved them to my computer sorry if I stole your place in line, it did mean keep trying and refreshing, but I got a few new records to follow up. They kept it going til 9:00pm too. So I will say Thank You GR something for me to do tomorrow Linda :o) XxX

	Happy New Year to all the 'friendlies' We're not going out this evening, OH is at work tomorrow. We usually go to friends but she's getting over an operation on her spine so doesn't feel like partying, I'll probably go and see her lkater this week. 	Marilyn you can always go to the hospital in Cyprus if he gets bad. I had weeks between mine but towards the end they got really bad. so we might get something come up about bruice I watched his WDYTYA on the Tv this week.to see if I could find any little clues. lol Marilyn my friend who lives near me lived in Cyprus for 11 years she moved back to Surrey two years ago, her sister still lives there her sister teaches Suberdiving. But Carole told me her sister is coming over here in a weeks time. for two weeks holiday..They came from Papos. I think most countries that went Euro are having problems. Hi Pat I watched a good film on tV this evening it has not long finished. Hope the night goes well Stephen dont get too drunk you have to get up in the morning. Lol I am off at 11 o'clock to my sons house.I tod him I have a bit of a wheeze still otherwise he will start worrying if I do that tomorrow.and he didnt know. 	A' THE BEST WHEN IT COMES ! About to have tea and then shower and then it's into the Kilt Off with Mrs Stephen for a wee bit of entertainment as we end the Year. 	Well I thought I was having a night in ...LOL My neighbour has just popped in to see how Pete was and realized we were on our own tonight .....but has asked us to join them for super and to see the New Year in. with 6 other friends .... We normally have the grandkids to look after and sleep, but got a phone call to say they were invited to friends all kids and parents... But to be honest we were looking forward to being on our own and watch the TV, so we will have to see how we feel later ...... The fire is blaring away and its heaven ...LOL Pat ....Euros has killed Cyprus ....no one likes it over there and the prices has rocketed over there... So All inclusive here we come ..LOL

	Last February, the Vancouver Winter Olympics were beset by several problems not least the lack of snow. Nine thousand cubic meters of snow had to be brought in by lorry at a cost of £3.6 billions. In December, the Royal Mail apologised for the late delivery of snow which had been redirected to the UK in error. First-class stamps are encouraged particularly for prompt deliveries. The cost of the stamps will be refunded.

	Hi all. Is Stephen the only one going out tonight? New Years Eve isn't what it used to be, or maybe it's just because I'm getting old - it might still be a party night for young people. We'll just be having a quiet night, apart from when my niece and her partner pops round to see us. Marilyn, I'm sure everything will be OK for Pete while you're away, just make sure he's careful what he eats. Did your dad complain about picking up a tummy bug in the hotel? We had Brent to the hospital this morning for a pre-surgery assessment. He goes in next Thursday for dental work. Spent the afternoon at my friend's house and forgot that I had bedding to wash, got the washer on now. Rita, I still haven't received those photos yet, probably take a while for the post to get back to normal.

Presmuably as long as Pete doesn't go overboard and eat stupid. Something to look forward to! When I go back to work it's the Tax return rush! I work for a firm of Accountants and all tax returns have got to be done by the end of January. Accounts form part of tthe tax return and that's my job!

	Hi I'm back.... Rita, no nothing was ever found on Brucie , but I still think something will turn up why would someone go to all that trouble to post that note ??? Maybe the New Year will bring some News ....Not That I'm desperate...LOL I for got to tell you all about Pete's News ..... Well he is waiting to see the Consultant at Plymouth Hospital for an Opp ,but the GP said yesterday that he saw no reason why he couldn't go on holiday to Cyprus next week as it probably wont happen again for a while ...so we are still going,and it looks like an 18week wait for this removal of stones operation on NHS, Pete has inquired at the Private Hospital for waiting time, and they said anytime you wish to have it after 29th Jan so it was a matter of cant do it anyway , so might as well go on Holiday !! We have plenty of Antibiotics as that was what they gave him last week anyway .and the pain subsided .....so I now its a gamble but Pete feels that the doctor seems to say OK its alright. My Dad picked up a bug in the hotel and poor man had the runs....but he's back to normal now...thank God. I am having a lazy evening tonight just sitting watching the TV and maybe sneaking a few nuts along the way ..LOL

	I thought MARILYN said she had not found a connnection with Brucie baby ? and here I have been waiting for new of it all. Marliyn did Pete see the doctor about his operatiton ?or will he have to wait till the New year. ?to find things out. ? Dermot I dont go much on the people they chose for the New years Honours lists the people who deserve it dont get a look in. its a case of the old boys club. Rita
