I am going to keep the birthday thread going for her and will let you know how she is.

She said would I say she hopes you are all ok and the ones with flu are feeling better.

Hello all you friends what a time we are all having with this virus. ?
Yvonne that was what they tried to do to me tie my hand so I could onl yuse the rightThey say artistic people are usually left handed..

Dermot going back to my remark about MP. Dianne Abbott made a remark once. she said

Being and MP is the sort of Job all parents want for their children
Clean Indoors and no Heavy Lifting.

she said this before the Mps starting using money that was not theirs.
It seems strange as the thread is mssing so many members now I suporse it is because marilyn is away.

HELP !

I'm getting off this Thread.....you lot might infect me ROFL

Gonna keep the Cyber Hatch tightly closed....just in case.

Temperature well down tonight -5C already. Better get the Skates out.

A nice wee pleasant surprise tonight. My niece that I had been helping at her house phoned and told me that she is booking flights for my wife and I to go out to Majorca to stay at her Villa for a holiday. A 'thank you' for doing all the work in her house. Magic. Just need to pick a suitable date....perhaps Easter.

Catch you all later.

Evening all

I hope you lot keep your germs to yourselves lol

My dad was ambidextrous and his mum was left handed but was made to write with her right hand, right hand tied behind her back or a smack across the hand with a ruler! Those were the 'good ole days'

my son is left handed but plays golf with right handed clubs and uses a mouse with his right hand too.

Dermot, I like your little bits of information, some are quite funny!

I'm getting worried that I may have been switched at birth. I was too young to remember anything.

Hello Pat, are you feeling any better now.
There seems to be a lot of ambidextrous people on here.

I bet it frightened the life out of you didn't it Rita. Was either driver hurt in the smash.
Surely Rita the car insurance should pay for the damage, ie the driver who crashed into the hedge, would have to claim against, the person coming out of your court. Other than that, there should be a buildings insurance that should cover it. There is no way you residents should have it taken out of your maintenance monies.

Hi everyone,
I've just got off my sick bed to say hi!
I'm left handed and I've got a left handed cheque book. (Thanks to a Black Horse!)
Howvever I use a calculator right handed and I use my mouse right handed as well..

Rita

Rita Report 6 Jan 2011 17:22

Stephen I know there are left handed cheque books I have one. because I still write with my left hand more than with my right one. but most other things I do right handed unless my left hand is sprained then I use the right..many in my family are left handed they tried to make me use my right hand even had it tied up.
My Mum told me write how you are most comfortable with.

I was siting here this afternoon quietly having a cup of coffee when I heard an almighty bang and crash. I ran which I never do but this time I did. I thought a car had hit my wall at the back. when I got there two cars had smashed into each other one coming out of my court and the other on the byroad.(both women)the one coming out of my court had hit the other one and the car had shifted so hard it took the hedge down and landed close up to the wall of my neighbour next door.two men had to lift it to get it out of the hedge.
I have just put a notice into our Estate mangers letter box to tell her. otherwise she will have it put right and charge us.out of our maintence.

Yes Dermot from many of the M.P's have you noticed how their noses have grown.

Home is the Sailor, Home from the Office.

Rather I was coming home from the sea.

A bright clear day here.....but very cold.

Rita....I am a natural left hander.....for most things.....I was forced to change many things to my right hand when I was young.....also you don't get many rifles designed for left handed folk.....that was a change of necessity. My son is left handed also........we didn't make him change.
He even has a left handed Cheque Book......believe it or not you do get such things.

Time for a wee snack and some milk.

Catch you all later.

Marilyn I got your card this morning thank you. Mike has been on he said he is not looking to far a head he is going into Charing Cross hospital on 17th.February,He has been having a long chat to my son in law.Steve will put him right about things.

Dermot I am ambidextrous like my Dad was.. people use to tell me right handed people are directed by their left side of their brain and the left handed people by their right. they never did tell me which side my brain was doing all the work so I must have a hollow head.
