Mo in Kent Report 10 Jan 2011 18:51

Cooeeee Jean, ooooh it's lovely to hear from you.
I can see we may have to tie you to your bed, to get you to rest a little more than you have been doing.
What a shame your doctor is not of the Dr Kildare ilk, you wouldn't mind him popping in every day to see you if he was would you. LOL
How good of the nurse to set your lappy up for you. At least now you will feel more at home, knowing we are here if you want a chat. There is nearly always someone around to chat to, and it will stop you from roaming around the wards chatting all the men up.
I can confirm that Linda was really poorly last year, bless her. But just look at her now, running around like a headless chicken,chasing after the little one, or enjoying herself doing her crafting with the littlie. She tries to kid us that it's for little ones enjoyment, but theres no fooling us,we know it's more for her own enjoyment. She loves all the clearing up afterwards. Thats right isn't it Linda.
You behave yourself now, and do as you are told, or we will get Stephen to zoom down and visit you on his broomstick.

Dermot, LOL

Hope you are feeling better now.

Jean so good to see you back online !!!
Last year this time I too had sarcoidosis, how odd. We really do seem to pass our germs around on here.
Really it is an auto immune disease.Mine cleared on it's own in a couple of months.Some of the girls on here will remember I was ill. It usually goes on its own but sometimes steroids are prescribed.
Do you have any other auto immune illnesses? I also have underactive thyroid, the alopecia and borderline diabetes. I think my system is shutting down sometimes.

You enjoy the bed rest, I actually carried on, looking after little M but I didn't go out much.

I hope the horses are OK as I think Rita asked too?

Take care Linda :O) XxX

~~~~~~~~HELLO~~~~~~~~its me, LOL.
The nurse has just managed to get my laptop set up.
The doc came to talk to Susan at 2 o'clock, [a right misery he is]
I have something called Sarcoidosis [dont know if that is spelt right]
he said it must have been in my system for several years, as this is the 4th time I've had it. The only thing they do is put me on bed rest, so I said I can do that at home, but he said I have to stay here for another week, sob, sob, sob!!!! but at least now I can chat on here.
The nurses are little darlings, so kind. and they work so hard.
I have told them I will make my own bed in the mornings and tidy round my little room after I've had my breakfast in bed.
Hope you are all ok, and all our poorly friends are starting to feel better.
Bye for now, have to get ready for tea.
Take care and stay safe.
Jean xx
Pat, if you are no better tomorrow, don't bother to go back. There is no point going in,and feeling awful.
Plus they will not thank you for giving them the germs, even though one of them probably gave it to you in the first place. lol
Stay warm and indoors.
I supose all the others are busy.? I have more to me to play around with the computer than most on here.they are all so busy with families and work.
